Can I cancel an order?
Due to the nature of our consumable products and our commitment to processing your orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to accept cancellations. However, if you have any concerns, please email us at hello@pscurative.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
What if my product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@pscurative.com. Include a photo of the product and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
